A 1994 collaboration between Italian framebuilder Carrera and legendary sportscar manufacturer Ferrari. Very glossy black 'Klavier Lack'-style paintwork with silver decals. Spengle carbon fibre tri-spokes, made in Austria, are a perfect match. These wheels are super-loud when you freewheel. Only for serious posers! Alternatively, keep pedalling, and lead from the front of the pack, thanks to the aerodynamic advantage offered by this frameset and wheelset combination!
Top tube is triangular in cross section with a flat top face. Beefy bottom bracket with distinctive construction. Short wheelbase, very close clearance. Super stiff frame, not the lightest, but one of the very first carbon monocoque framesets with internally routed cables, weighing in around 9 kilos assembled but without pedals.
