Lugged Columbus SL steel track bicycle by Daccordi for Team Baschin, who were a sporting goods manufacturer in the '80s. This bike was ridden by Pro rider Oliver Hoidn at the Six Day Races in Stuttgart in the mid-'80s. It bears his name on the top tube. The Baschin Team recieved made-to-measure frames from Daccordi, and being special builds they weren't given production numbers. This frameset therefore has no serial number. Metallic blue paintwork with chrome half rear triangle and matching chrome fork.
The bike is assembled with Campagnolo Record components, with the exception of the rear hub, which is Shimano Dura Ace. Tied and soldered large flange wheelset, four cross rear, 36 hole, and three cross front, 28 hole. Dura Ace 15 tooth rear sprocket. Fiamme front rim, Mavic rear rim. Continental Sprint tubulars. 3ttt fluted seatpost, 27.0mm. White Concor San Marco Supercorsa saddle. 3ttt black anodised 115mm quill stem and 41cm (width from mid drop end to mid drop end) track handlebar, wrapped with white Ambrosio padded vinyl tape.
